I just received a letter from this company that seemed fishy because it was so vague. It opens like a legit security letter complete with perforated tabs to rip and instructions on how to do so.

Again, looks legit inside stating all the major and popular credit companies and explains how they settled YOUR accounts. Then gives a sample of what your savings COULD be. What threw me off completely, and raised a red flag, was dead center in the middle of the totally legit sounding letter you placed the words **Failure to Call**. Literally stuck that dead center from one paragraph to the next.

So I'm reading about how i could be relieved of this so called debt I have, **Failure to Call**, we could potentially help you out so please contact us within 10 days to see if you qualify. There was no explanation of what the consequences were if I failed to call. Just seems like someone forgot to finish that sentence. So I went online and searched this company and it's letter only to find out this company is about 3 years old and has very little if any positive experiences and lots of negative complaints about aggressively advertising debt consolidation.

Yes, aggressively NDRS as you are so called! All responses from said company are so generic. Sorry to hear about your blank problem with us Miss blank. Fill in blanks with appropriate response.

I was practically reading their response in the most robotic voice I could muster. Their only solution was to "remove you from our mailing list". I am not calling you, ever, and you should be fined for false imagery.

You are a debt consolidation company, not the self appointed title of "Department of Negotiations" . If you are a legit company, as you so claim, you should start acting like one and stop acting like your age!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
